Flamboyant is good though. Hats are bad. Wood horse is awesome. But good grief it looks creepy. The horse. Not the hats. No, I will stop lying. The hats look creepier.

The horse is a puppet thing and the people who operate it are underneath it, its really realistic and mostly terrifying .
