Why do they still wear these wigs in the British courts? It makes no sense. Non at all. It is the most ridiculous thing to have ever existed in the court of law. And that includes these quotes.

I know this is a movie set in le older days, but even then it was silly. The first person who wore it might have thought it was fashionable, but that is as if lawyers today would be wearing shoulder padded baggy suits because that was fashionable once.
